Frequently Asked Questions
Who leads the experiences?
Every experience is led by a qualified teacher with an enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid training. Your child is supported and engaged throughout.
What ages are the experiences for?
Typically ages 5–12. If you have a younger sibling or an older child, just ask — we’ll advise on the best fit and tailor the pace and activities.
How big are the groups?
All experiences are private. We keep numbers deliberately low so your child gets lots of attention and time with the Lead Teacher.
Do parents attend?
These experiences are designed for children to enjoy independently under a Lead Teacher. Parents/carers arrange drop-off and collection. If it would help your child, we can agree for a parent/carer to accompany by prior arrangement.
How do you keep children safe?
Safety sits at the heart of everything we do. Venues are risk-assessed, we take headcounts at each transition, and a paediatric first-aid-trained teacher is present throughout. We follow robust safeguarding procedures and statutory guidance.
How do you manage medical & additional needs?
Please share any medical, allergy or access information at booking so we can plan ahead. We’ll agree any arrangements with you before the day, in line with our Safeguarding and First Aid procedures.
What’s included?
Planning and curation; teacher-led activities and materials (clipboards, activity sheets, pencils); timed entry where possible; and communication before and after your experience. Venue/theatre tickets are included when stated on your confirmation.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a refillable water bottle and a small snack (or lunch if applicable). We provide all learning materials.
What are the meeting and collection points?
Your confirmation includes clear meeting and collection details.
Do you offer transportation to the venue?
Families arrange their own transport to and from the venue; we’re happy to suggest trusted options.
How do I book?
Tap on the enquiry form on our website. We will be in contact to discuss your requirements, confirm availability and share the booking details.
How do you manage payments & cancellations?
Payment is usually taken at booking (unless we’ve agreed otherwise). Cancellations: bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the date are refundable; within 14 days they’re non-refundable; last-minute bookings are non-refundable. Force-majeure events are refunded minus irrecoverable costs. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you take photos?
Only with your explicit consent. Children are never named or individually identified in public-facing material. You can set your preferences on the consent form and we will always honour your choice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle images and personal data.
