London Zoo

Not just animals — a journey into curiosity, conservation, and critical thinking

At Quest & Compass, we turn a visit to the world-renowned ZSL London Zoo into a rich, child-centred, private, teacher-led learning experience. Each visit blends adventure with enquiry, sparking meaningful questions, deepening understanding, and nurturing empathy — all within one of London’s most iconic settings.

Why it matters

We believe in raising children who don’t just memorise facts — they explore, connect, and reflect. Whether it’s asking why a Komodo dragon flicks its tongue, or debating how zoos help endangered species, your child is encouraged to:

• Think critically about the natural world

• Gain insight into biodiversity, ecosystems and animal behaviour

• Learn how conservation connects to science, ethics, and responsible leadership

What to Expect

All activities are developmentally pitched, with age-specific learning threads woven through each visit — and the flexibility to follow your child’s interests. Each experience is private and teacher-led.
